The weight-loss program is aimed at comfortable and stress-free weight loss.

Our task is to give your body everything it needs, like quality protein, carbohydrates and fats, all in a balanced package that totals around 1200-1500 calories per day. Taking into account that the average person needs around 2500-2700 calories, the daily fat-loss balance should be around 1300 calories. The difference is made up by the body using its own fat supplies (burning 200 g of fat per day provides no less than 1300 calories), thanks to this calorie deficit, you lose weight.

The "Weight Loss" program usually requires 3-4 ISIFFitness Feel Well Packs per month.

We recommend sticking to the following eating habits:

MORNING: Prepare one serving of ISIFFitness shake with low-fat milk (no less than 1% fat). Before and after consuming the shake, it’s good to drink a glass of still water. If you feel like eating before lunchtime, we recommend you have an ISIFFitness dessert bar, plus a glass of some still water, or some other still drink with no sugar.

DAYTIME: An ISIFFitness soup + the recommended vegetables or 200-250 g of lean meat or fish. As for drinks: still water, tea or coffee with no sugar. If you feel the need to snack then we recommend you eat one of the ISIFFitness dessert bars, plus a still drink without sugar.

EVENING: Your evening meal must be replaced with an ISIFFitness shake. If you feel hungry in the evening, you can drink another half-portion shake, but no later than 2-3 hours before going to bed. After this you can drink water and tea without sugar, you can add lemon if you like.

DRINKS: Please note that throughout the program you need to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water during the day in small portions. You should also drink a glass of water or other permitted beverages directly after consuming our products, or 15-20 minutes after eating, which greatly enhances the feeling of fullness. The exact amount of fluid needed per day, calculated per kg body weight, is 30-35 ml per 1 kg.

During the Weight-Loss program the following foods and beverages are permitted:

Recommended vegetables (about 400 grams per day = approximately 2 plates)

Eggplant, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus, beets, greens (celery, parsley, dill, sorrel), different types of lettuce, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, onions, spinach, soybean sprouts, snow peas, turnips, peppers, radish, tomato, onion, seaweed.

Permitted beverages

  • non-carbonated water,
  • green, red or black tea,
  • decaffeinated coffee or weak coffee,
  • herbal teas.

All drinks should contain no sugar, but a low-calorie sugar substitute can be used.

Protein foods

1 serving per day — your choice of:

  • 2 eggs (preferably egg whites),
  • 100 g lean beef, veal, liver,
  • 150 g poultry, chicken, rabbit, turkey,
  • 100 g low-fat cheese,
  • 150 g fat-free cottage cheese,
  • 150 g cooked fish or seafood.
