The idea behind this program is to control your food intake, to neither gain, nor lose weight and learn how to eat sensibly.

The weight-control program menu is made up of ISIFFitness foods like: vegetables, protein-rich food, lean meat & fish, carbohydrates and fruits. The program is all about balanced eating that will help you maintain your weight, health and energy levels.

The «Weight control» program usually requires 2 ISIFFitness Feel Well Packs per month.

MORNING: A balanced breakfast of one serving of ISIFFitness shake mixed with low-fat milk (no more than 3.5%). If you like, add fruit. Before and after eating we recommend drinking a glass of still water. If you feel like a snack before lunch, you can have one of the recommended fruits.

DAYTIME: A full serving of protein-rich food + the recommended vegetables or a soup with added croutons or seasoning. If you feel like a snack before lunch, you can have some of the recommended fruits or an ISIFFitness dessert bar.

EVENING: An ISIFFitness shake mixed with low-calorie milk (no more than 3.5% fat) and, if you like, add fruits or the recommended vegetables, but no more than one plate full.

DRINKS: Please note that throughout the program you need to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water during the day in small portions. You should also drink a glass of water or other permitted beverages directly after consuming our products, or 15-20 minutes after eating, which greatly enhances the feeling of fullness. The exact amount of fluid needed per day, calculated per kg body weight, is 30-35 ml per 1 kg. Also, you can drink green, red or black tea and any other drink containing sugar.

  • natural fruit drink,
  • milk drinks containing no more than 3.5% fat.
