The health and longevity program is aimed at maintaining a good figure, wellbeing and energy levels. These are all important things that lead a full and healthy life

Feeling great starts with the right breakfast. A quality breakfast helps you avoid calorific snacking and sets up the right food balance for the day. This is why we recommend you eat a good breakfast and, under no circumstances, miss your morning food intake.

The «Health and Longevity» nutrition program usually requires 1 ISIFFitness Feel Well Pack per month.

We recommend sticking to the following eating habits:

MORNING: prepare one serving of ISIFFitness shake with low-fat milk and add fruit if you like. Before and after consuming the shake, it’s good to drink a glass of still water. If you feel like eating before lunchtime, we recommend you have an ISIFFitness dessert bar + some freshly-squeezed juice or a glass of some still drink with no sugar. If you feel hungry before lunch, you can always have some fruit.

DAYTIME: you can either consume a high-protein balanced meal or have a ISIFFitness soup and, if you like, add croutons and a flavour sachet or a salad made from the recommended vegetables. You can also add up to 150-200 g of lean meat or fish. To drink you can choose: still water, tea or coffee without sugar. If you feel the need to snack then we recommend you eat one of the ISIFFitness dessert bars, plus a still drink without sugar.

EVENING: you can replace your evening meal with an ISIFFitness shake made with low-fat milk (no more than 3.5% fat) and, if you like, add fruits. For supper you can just eat something from the recommended fruit list.

DRINKS: Please note that throughout the program you need to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water during the day in small portions. You should also drink a glass of water or other permitted beverages directly after consuming our products, or 15-20 minutes after eating, which greatly enhances the feeling of fullness. The exact amount of fluid needed per day, calculated per kg body weight, is 30-35 ml per 1 kg.
