You can have breakfast, dessert or an ISIFFitness soup with a vegetable salad. The Basic Food Program usually requires ISIFFitness Feel Well Set for 1 month.

Basic diet:

  • Substitute a regular breakfast with one of ISIFFitness shakes. If desired, fruits and natural yoghurt can be added.
  • Consume at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water or diluted green tea with lemon (in a 4 to 1 ratio) before 6 pm.
